What is old is new again. This 150 year old palm brick home was in a state of total disrepair when we started, after many months between us and the homeowners keen eye for style, we transformed it back to a modern functional home that can be enjoyed by everyone. The home now features a rumford fireplace, heated floors throughout the home, two new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The entire home has custom finished Oak floors and Pella windows. The porch was updated and left to look rustic with majority of the original wood on the walls and ceilings, the existing fireplace in the house was moved out to the porch to a warm sitting area where the owners can enjoy nature. This is the ultimate blend of new and old.
